Holiday Blues II

The brief was to create something that made me feel like I was on holiday. This piece was inspired by lazy days floating about in the swimming pool.

Original Cyanotile

Mixed media composite - multiple photographic cyanotype prints on ceramic tiles.

Framed & mounted on hardwood. Jacobean Dark Oak stained L-shape frame.

60cm x 60cm x 2cm

Each tile goes through a 14 step process to expose the photographic image directly onto the ceramic tile. The tiles are fixed permanently and mounted on wooden backboard.

Ready to hang.
